Residential for Polyaspartic Garage Floor Coatings
Thank you for choosing us to install your polyaspartic garage floor coating. We very much appreciate the opportunity, and we are committed to excellence in our work. The following is our “limited lifetime warranty” agreement for polyaspartic garage floor coatings.

Residential Garages:
Elegant Coatings offers a limited lifetime warranty for up to 5000 square feet of floor coating materials installed in residential garages. The warranty applies only to the purchaser of the product and covers as follows:

– Hot tire markings or stains from oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, diesel, or gasoline spills, if the spills were removed within 20 minutes of the event. These spills and stains are covered for the (15) fifteen years following the installation date.

– Peeling or delamination from the concrete while the original product purchaser owns the home in which the floor coating was installed. This peeling and delamination are covered for the (15) fifteen years following the installation date.

– UV damage or “yellowing” of the product while the original product purchaser owns the home in which the floor coating was installed. This UV damage is covered for the (15) fifteen years following the installation date.

This Limited Warranty excludes and absolves Elegant Coatings from responsibility for:

Normal wear and tear, extreme temperatures, misuse, neglect or abuse, damage to floor coatings or other property caused by faulty maintenance or repairs made or attempted by anyone other than authorized Elegant Coatings personnel, stains or peeling caused by cracked or defective substrate, moisture vapor transmission or hydrostatic pressure levels above (8) eight lbs., industrial fluid spills, battery acid, or brake fluid, damages or peeling and delamination caused by dropping items which result in damages to the concrete underneath but concrete is still attached to coating, or damages caused by accident, casualty, or natural disaster.

ELEGANT COATINGS DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND WITH EXPLICITY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, STATUATORY OR OTHERWISE, THIS DISCLAIMER INCLUDES IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF THE MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PRPOSE

Elegant Coatings liability to the buyer regarding claims of loss or damage arising from the contract of sale, its performance, or breach, or related to the design, manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, service, repair, or use of the provided floor coating, shall not exceed the amount the buyer paid for the repair or replacement of the defective parts or components. Under no circumstances shall Elegant Coatings be held liable for any special or consequential damages including, but not limited to, injuries to individuals or property damage, loss of anticipated or actual profits, or the loss of use of any property.
